Cabbage wedges 🥬 are thick slices of cabbage that are usually roasted, grilled, or pan-seared so the edges become crispy while the inside stays tender and slightly sweet.

How to Make Roasted Cabbage Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C / 400 °F.
  2. Cut the cabbage into 6–8 wedges, keeping the core intact so they hold together.
  3. Place on a baking tray and brush with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and any spices you like.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes until edges are browned and crispy.
