Ingredients

  • 3 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs

    • Sprinkle with salt and squeeze gently to release excess moisture.
  2. Mix Batter

  3. Heat Oil
    • Heat a thin layer of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry Fritters
