Posted on January 5, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a clear, classic version of Broiled Lobster Tails in Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce 🦞🧄—rich but easy, restaurant-style at home.

Broiled Lobster Tails with Creamy Garlic Butter

Ingredients (serves 2–4)

  • 2–4 lobster tails (4–6 oz each)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Paprika (for color)

Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prep lobster
    • Preheat broiler to HIGH.
    • Cut the top of each shell lengthwise.
    • Gently lift meat and rest it on top of the shell.
    • Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
    • Season lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Make sauce
    • Melt butter over medium heat.
    • Add garlic; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
    • Stir in cream; simmer 2–3 minutes.
    • Add Parmesan and lemon juice; stir until smooth.
    • Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Broil
    • Spoon sauce over lobster meat.
    • Broil 8–12 minutes (depending on size) until meat is opaque and lightly golden.
  4. Serve
    • Spoon extra sauce over the tails.
    • Serve immediately.

Tips

  • Don’t overcook—lobster turns rubbery if cooked too long.
  • Extra flavor: Add a pinch of chili flakes or smoked paprika.
  • Perfect sides: Garlic bread, pasta, rice, or asparagus.

If you want, I can give you a no-cream garlic butter version, air-fryer method, or baked lobster tails.
