๐Ÿž Bread in 10 Minutes (No Oven!) โ€” a quick stovetop flatbread that needs only a few ingredients and a pan.


๐Ÿงพ Ingredients

  • 2 cups Wheat flour (or all-purpose flour)
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ยฝ tsp Salt

(Optional: a little butter or oil for cooking.)

1๏ธโƒฃ Make the Dough

  • In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add yogurt and mix until a soft dough forms.

  • Divide dough into 6 small balls.
  • Roll each ball into a small flat circle.

  • Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.
  • Cook each flatbread 2โ€“3 minutes per side until golden spots appear.

Brush lightly with butter and serve warm.
