Here’s a teen-friendly blueberry smoothie—quick, healthy, and super refreshing! 🫐🥤


Ingredients (serves 1–2)

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana (for creaminess and sweetness)
  • 1/2–3/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Optional: 1/2 cup yogurt for extra creaminess
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter
  • Optional: a few ice cubes if using fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients:
    • Add blueberries, banana, milk, and yogurt (if using) to a blender.
    • Add honey or ice if desired.
  2. Blend:
    • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve:
    • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Tips & Variations

  • Extra protein: Add a scoop of protein powder or 2 tbsp peanut butter.
