🍝 Beef Spaghetti (Hearty & Easy)
A simple, tasty beef spaghetti that’s perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 300–400 g spaghetti
- 300 g ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (400 g) tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
- 1–2 tsp Italian herbs (oregano, basil)
- 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1–2 tbsp oil
- Optional: grated cheese, chili flakes
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti: Boil in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook beef: In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until soft. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Add sauce: Pour in tomato sauce, add herbs, salt, and pepper. Simmer 10–15 minutes until thickened.
- Combine: Toss the cooked spaghetti with the beef sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve: Top with grated cheese or fresh herbs.
Tips
- For extra flavor, add a splash of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce to the beef.
- You can also add chopped bell peppers or mushrooms for a veggie boost.
- Leftover sauce freezes well for another meal.
I can also give a creamy beef spaghetti version if you want it richer and cheesier. Do you want that?
