Here’s an easy baked cottage cheese eggs recipe 🥚🧀
Soft, creamy, and high-protein—great for breakfast or meal prep.


🥘 Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs

Ingredients (2–3 servings)

  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Optional add-ins: spinach, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, or shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat
    • Oven: 375°F (190°C)
    • Air fryer option below 👇
  2. Mix
    • Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
    • Stir in any add-ins.
  3. Bake
    • Grease a small baking dish or ramekins.
    • Pour mixture in.
    • Bake 20–25 minutes until set in the center.
  4. Rest
    • Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

🔥 Air Fryer Option

  • Temp: 320°F (160°C)
  • Time: 10–12 minutes
  • Cover loosely with foil if top browns too fast.
