🍗 Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • 2–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4–8 slices of bacon (enough to wrap each breast)
  • ½ cup cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or cream cheese)
  • ½ cup spinach or roasted red peppers (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks to secure

  1. Prep the Chicken
    • Slice a pocket into each chicken breast for stuffing.
    • Season inside and out with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Stuff the Chicken

  3. Wrap with Bacon
    • Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon (overlapping slightly).
