🥑🌯 Avocado Chicken Wrap (Fresh & Quick)

A healthy, satisfying wrap with tender chicken, creamy avocado, and fresh veggies—perfect for lunch or a light dinner.


Ingredients (2 wraps)

  • 2 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • ½ ripe avocado, mashed or sliced
  • ¼ cup shredded lettuce or spinach
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1–2 tsp mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, or dressing of choice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: lime juice or hot sauce for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Prepare avocado
    • Mash avocado with a pinch of salt and optional lime juice.
  2. Assemble wrap
    • Spread mashed avocado on the tortilla.
    • Layer chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
    • Drizzle with mayo or dressing.
  3. Roll up
    • Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
    • Cut in half and serve immediately.

Tips

  • Use grilled, baked, or leftover chicken.
  • Add sliced cucumber, bell peppers, or sprouts for extra crunch.
  • For a low-carb version, use lettuce leaves instead of tortillas.
