Here’s a simple and crispy Air Fryer Potatoes recipe—golden on the outside, fluffy on the inside 🥔✨


Air Fryer Potatoes

Ingredients (serves 2–4)

  • 1 lb (about 4 medium) potatoes, cut into cubes or wedges
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional seasonings: garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, thyme

Instructions

  1. Prep potatoes
    • Wash and cut potatoes into evenly sized cubes or wedges.
    • Pat dry with a towel to remove excess moisture (helps them get crispy).
  2. Season
    • Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
  3. Air fry
    • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
    • Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the basket (avoid overcrowding).
    • Cook 15–20 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve
    • Enjoy hot as a side dish or snack. Optional: sprinkle with fresh herbs or grated Parmesan.

Tips & Variations

  • Extra crispy: Soak potato cubes in cold water 30 minutes before cooking; dry thoroughly.
  • Flavor twists: Use smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, or Italian herbs.
  • Sweet potatoes: Substitute sweet potatoes and adjust cooking time slightly.
  • Air fryer hash browns: Grate potatoes, season, and air fry 10–12 minutes for a breakfast twist.
