Air Fryer Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2–3 medium potatoes (russet, Yukon gold, or red)
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Optional: rosemary, parsley, or Parmesan
Instructions
- Prep potatoes
Wash and cut into cubes or wedges (about 1-inch pieces). - Season
Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper. - Air fry
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C).
Cook potatoes for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and crispy. - Finish
