Yeast Air Fryer Bread (More traditional)
Time: ~1 hour total
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 2½ cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Bloom yeast with warm water + sugar (5 min).
- Mix with flour, salt, oil. Knead 5–7 min.
- Let rise 30–40 min until doubled.
- Shape loaf or rolls.
- Air fry 330°F (165°C) for 15–18 min, flip halfway.
Tips for Success
- Keep loaves small—air fryers cook fast.
- Cover loosely with foil if browning too fast.
- Brush with butter after cooking for softer crust.
