Here’s a simple and delicious Roasted Cauliflower recipe—crispy, golden, and full of flavor 🥦✨


Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients (serves 3–4)

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder, paprika, or chili flakes
  • Optional: grated Parmesan or fresh herbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    • 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season cauliflower
    • Toss florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings until evenly coated.
  3. Roast
    • Spread florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
    • Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and tender.
  4. Finish & serve
    • Optional: sprinkle with Parmesan, drizzle with lemon juice, or add fresh herbs before serving.
    • Serve hot as a side or salad topper.

Tips & Variations

  • Extra crispy: Dry cauliflower thoroughly before tossing with oil.
  • Smoky flavor: Add smoked paprika or chili flakes.
  • Cheesy: Sprinkle Parmesan during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  • Sheet-pan meal: Roast alongside chicken or potatoes for a complete meal.
