Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients (serves 2–4)

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika or regular paprika (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    • 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Season cauliflower
    • Toss florets with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

    • Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
    • Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
  4. Optional finishing touches
    • Sprinkle with Parmesan or fresh herbs.
