Here’s a Napoleon in a Glass Dessert recipe 🍮🍓
All the flavors of a classic Napoleon (mille-feuille) layered beautifully in a glass—crunchy, creamy, and elegant.
Ingredients (serves 4–6)
- 6–8 store-bought puff pastry sheets or graham crackers

- Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries) for garnish
- Optional: chocolate shavings or caramel drizzle

- Whip cream
- Beat heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Assemble the dessert
- In individual glasses, layer:
- Puff pastry pieces or graham crackers
- A layer of custard
- A layer of whipped cream
- Repeat layers until the glass is full, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- In individual glasses, layer:
- Garnish
- Top with fresh berries, chocolate shavings, or a drizzle of caramel.
- Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow layers to meld before serving.
Tips & Variations
- Crunchy top: crush a piece of baked puff pastry and sprinkle on top just before serving.
- Fruit variation: add a layer of sliced bananas or berries between custard layers.
- Chocolate Napoleon: add a layer of chocolate pudding or drizzle chocolate sauce.
- Make ahead: assemble and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
I can also give a mini parfait version or a no-bake custard version if you want.
