Instructions
1. Prepare the hamburger steaks
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, milk, crushed crackers, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form into oval hamburger steaks.
2. Layer the casserole
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer sliced potatoes evenly on the bottom.
