Here’s an easy, no-bake Pecan Pie Balls recipe — all the flavors of pecan pie in bite-size treats 🥧🌰


🥧 Pecan Pie Balls (No-Bake)

Makes about 24 balls


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups finely chopped pecans
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs (or vanilla wafer crumbs)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Coating

  • Melted dark or milk chocolate
  • Or powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pecans, graham crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Stir until mixture holds together (add 1–2 tsp more syrup if dry).
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  5. Chill 30 minutes until firm.

Optional: Dip chilled balls in melted chocolate and chill again until set.
