Instructions
1. Prepare the ribs
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F / 165Β°C.
- Remove membrane from the back of ribs (important for tenderness).
- Season ribs lightly with salt and pepper.
- Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet; cover tightly with foil.
2. Bake low & slow
- Bake 1Β½β2 hours, until ribs are tender.
3. Make the honey garlic sauce
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, and pepper.
- Simmer 5β8 minutes, stirring, until slightly thickened.
4. Glaze & caramelize
- Remove foil from ribs.
- Brush generously with honey garlic sauce.
- Increase oven to 425Β°F / 220Β°C.
- Bake uncovered 10β15 minutes, brushing once more, until sticky and caramelized.
