  • Salt & black pepper
  • Optional: onion, garlic, spices

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef (no oil needed unless very lean).
  3. Let it sear for 1–2 minutes before breaking it up.
  4. Cook 6–8 minutes, stirring, until browned and cooked through.
