Ingredients (makes 6 eggs / 12 halves)

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs
    • Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water.
    • Bring to a boil, then cover, turn off heat, and let sit 10–12 minutes.
    • Transfer eggs to ice water to cool, then peel.
  2. Prepare filling
    • Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
    • Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
    • Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fill eggs
    • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Garnish & serve
    • Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
    • Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
