Easy Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- 3 cups (18 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: nuts (walnuts, pecans) or sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Prepare pan
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Lightly grease. - Melt chocolate
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted. - Add vanilla
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. - Add extras
Fold in nuts if using. - Pour & chill
Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.
Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm. - Cut & serve
Lift out of pan using foil/parchment. Cut into squares.
Tips
- Use dark chocolate for a richer fudge.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top for a sweet-salty twist.
- Can add marshmallows or peanut butter swirl for variation.
