Fudge

Here’s a classic, simple fudge recipe 🍫

Easy Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (18 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: nuts (walnuts, pecans) or sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare pan
    Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Lightly grease.
  2. Melt chocolate
    In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
    Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Add vanilla
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Add extras
    Fold in nuts if using.
  5. Pour & chill
    Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.
    Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm.
  6. Cut & serve
    Lift out of pan using foil/parchment. Cut into squares.

Tips

  • Use dark chocolate for a richer fudge.
  • Sprinkle sea salt on top for a sweet-salty twist.
  • Can add marshmallows or peanut butter swirl for variation.
