🥩 Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) sirloin, ribeye, or flank steak, cut into 1‑inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Optional: fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley)

Instructions

  1. Prep the steak
    Pat the cubes dry. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the steak
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering.
    Add steak in a single layer (don’t overcrowd) and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Add garlic and butter
    Reduce heat slightly, add butter and garlic. Stir quickly to coat steak in garlic butter.
  4. Finish with herbs (optional)
    Toss in fresh herbs for extra flavor and cook 30 seconds more.
  5. Serve hot
    Great alone, over rice, or with mashed potatoes.
