Here’s a simple and delicious Peanut Butter Fudge recipe—creamy, rich, and perfect for a sweet treat. 🥜🍬

🥜 Peanut Butter Fudge

🧾 Ingredients (makes ~36 squares)

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt (optional, enhances flavor)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep the Pan
    • Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Cook the Sugar Mixture
    • In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter.
    • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
    • Boil 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously.
  3. Add Peanut Butter & Vanilla
    • Remove from heat.
    • Stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  4. Set the Fudge
    • Pour mixture into prepared pan.
    • Smooth the top with a spatula.
    • Let cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours (or refrigerate to speed up).
  5. Cut & Serve
    • Lift fudge out of the pan using parchment paper.
    • Cut into squares.

⭐ Tips

  • Smooth texture: Use creamy peanut butter, not chunky.
  • Optional toppings: Sprinkle chopped peanuts, chocolate drizzle, or sea salt before it sets.
  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature (up to 1 week) or in the fridge (2–3 weeks).
  • For a chocolate-peanut butter version, melt ½ cup chocolate and swirl it into the fudge before it sets.
