garlic butter steak bite

Posted on January 5, 2026 by Admin

Ah, garlic butter steak bites—quick, juicy, and packed with flavor! 🥩🧄
These are perfect as a main dish, appetizer, or even over rice or veggies.

Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients (serves 2–3)

  • 1 lb (450 g) steak (sirloin, ribeye, or strip), cut into bite-size cubes
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Optional: fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prep the steak
    • Pat steak bites dry with paper towels (important for browning).
    • Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the steak
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
    • Add steak bites in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
    • Sear 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned.
    • Remove steak from pan and set aside.
  3. Make garlic butter
    • Reduce heat to medium.
    • Add butter to the same pan.
    • Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t let it burn).
  4. Combine & serve
    • Return steak bites to the pan and toss in the garlic butter.
    • Cook 1–2 minutes, just to coat and warm through.
    • Sprinkle with parsley if using.

Tips

  • Don’t overcrowd the pan or the steak will steam instead of sear.
  • For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or a pinch of chili flakes.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a simple salad.

If you want, I can also give you a low-carb version, an air-fryer method, or a steak-and-potatoes skillet version.
