Deviled egg

Here’s a classic deviled egg recipe 🥚—creamy, tangy, and easy to make:


🥚 Classic Deviled Eggs

Ingredients (6 eggs → 12 halves)

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard (Dijon or yellow)
  • ½ tsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs
    • Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, bring to boil.
    • Once boiling, turn off heat, cover, and let sit 10–12 minutes.
    • Cool in ice water and peel.
  2. Prepare filling
    • Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks.
    • Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fill eggs
    • Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites.
  4. Garnish
    • Sprinkle with paprika or fresh herbs.

⭐ Tips & Variations

  • Spicy: add a dash of hot sauce or cayenne
  • Cheesy: mix in shredded cheddar or cream cheese
  • Herby: add chopped chives, dill, or parsley
  • Make-ahead: refrigerate 1–2 hours before serving
