Ingredients

Cake:

  • ½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    • Oven: 350°F (175°C)
    • Grease an 8-inch square pan or line with parchment.
  2. Make crumb topping
    • Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly.
    • Set aside.
  3. Mix cake batter
    • Whisk pumpkin, oil, eggs, vanilla, and brown sugar.
