  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
