🥔 Slow Cooker Potatoes and Onions

🧾 Ingredients

  • 4–5 medium potatoes (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 large onion (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tbsp butter (or oil)
  • 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (thyme or oregano)
  • ¼ cup chicken or vegetable broth

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep the veggies
    Slice potatoes and onions evenly so they cook at the same rate.
  2. Layer in slow cooker
    Add a layer of potatoes, then onions. Repeat until everything is used.
  3. Add flavor
    Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, herbs, and garlic over the layers.
  4. Add liquid & butter
    Pour broth over everything and dot with butter.
  5. Cook

    • High: 3–4 hours
