🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp oil (or cooking spray)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat oven

  • Set oven to 200°C (400°F)
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper

2. Prepare coating stations

  • Bowl 1: Flour + salt + pepper
  • Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
  • Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs + garlic powder + paprika

3. Coat the chicken

  • Dip each strip in flour → egg → panko mixture
  • Press gently so crumbs stick well

4. Arrange & bake

  • Place on tray with space between pieces
  • Lightly drizzle or spray with oil

👉 Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through
