🥄 Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 4–5 bars)
  • 1 package (8 oz / 225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil or shortening (optional, for smoother chocolate)

1. Make the filling

  1. In a large bowl, mix crushed Butterfinger pieces and cream cheese until well combined.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until a firm dough forms.

2. Form the balls

  • Scoop about 1–2 tbsp of mixture and roll into balls.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes until firm.

3. Coat with chocolate

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl (30-second intervals, stirring each time) or using a double boiler.
  2. Stir in vegetable oil if desired for a smoother coating.
  3. Dip each chilled Butterfinger ball into melted chocolate, covering completely.
  4. Place back on wax paper to set.

4. Chill & Serve
