🧄🍞 Garlic Bread (Crispy & Buttery)
Super easy and perfect as a side for pasta, soup, or salad.
Ingredients (4–6 servings)
- 1 baguette or loaf of bread
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1–2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Optional: grated mozzarella or parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven: 190°C / 375°F.
- Make garlic butter:
- Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Prepare bread:
- Slice bread in half lengthwise.
- Spread garlic butter evenly on both halves.
- Bake:
- Place bread on a baking tray.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
- Optional cheesy top:
- Add cheese and bake 2–3 more minutes until melted and golden.
- Serve: Slice and enjoy warm.
Tips
- For extra crisp, broil for the last 1–2 minutes (watch closely).
- Add a pinch of chili flakes or Italian herbs for more flavor 🌶️🌿
- You can make it in an air fryer at 180°C / 350°F for 5–7 minutes.
