4-ingredient roasted cabbage steaks

Here’s a super simple and tasty recipe for Roasted cabbage steaks with just 4 ingredients:


🥬 Ingredients

  • 1 large Cabbage
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

🔪 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    Set your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice the cabbage
    Cut the cabbage into thick slices (about 2–3 cm thick) to form “steaks.”
  3. Season
    Place slices on a baking tray. Brush both sides with olive oil, then sprinkle salt and black pepper.
  4. Roast
    Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are golden and slightly crispy.

🍽️ Tips & Variations

  • Add garlic powder or paprika for extra flavor
  • Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top before roasting for a cheesy crust
  • Finish with lemon juice for a fresh zing
