Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut butter (creamy)
- 3 tbsp softened Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Powdered sugar
- 1½ cups melted Chocolate (for coating)
- ½ cup Caramel sauce (for drizzle)
- Optional: crushed Peanuts or sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Make the filling
In a bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, and vanilla until smooth. - Add sweetness
Gradually mix in powdered sugar until a thick dough forms. - Form snowballs
Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch) and place them on a lined tray. - Chill
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm. - Dip in chocolate
Melt chocolate and dip each ball until fully coated. Place back on the tray. - Drizzle caramel
Once the chocolate sets slightly, drizzle caramel over the top. - Optional topping
Sprinkle crushed peanuts or a pinch of sea salt.
