This is a simple, comforting slow-cooker meal where chicken, rice, and seasonings cook together until tender and creamy.

  • 2–3 Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 cup White Rice (uncooked)
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, or corn)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Add rice, onion, and vegetables on top.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken broth and cream of chicken soup, then pour over everything.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
