🍗 Slow Cooker Chicken (Easy & Tender)

Slow Cooker Chicken is a simple meal where chicken cooks slowly in a crockpot until it becomes very tender and flavorful.

🧾 Ingredients

  • 4 boneless Chicken breast (or thighs)
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: sliced onions or carrots

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. Add chicken broth, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir gently so the chicken is coated with seasoning.
  4. Cover and cook:
    • Low: 6–7 hours
    • High: 3–4 hours
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks or serve whole.

Serve slow cooker chicken with:
