Grilled Cheese Sandwich 🧀🍞

A grilled cheese sandwich is a quick, crispy, and cheesy meal that takes only a few minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 slices cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or processed cheese)
  • 1–2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan
    Place a frying pan on medium heat.
  2. Butter the bread
    Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Assemble
    Put one slice in the pan butter side down.
    Place cheese slices on top.
    Cover with the second slice butter side up.
  4. Cook

  5. Flip
    Turn the sandwich over and cook another 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve
    Remove from the pan, cut in half, and enjoy while hot.
