Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat the pan
Place a frying pan on medium heat. - Butter the bread
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. - Assemble the sandwich
Place one slice of bread in the pan butter side down.
Put the cheese slices on top, then cover with the second slice butter side up. - Cook
Grill for about 3–4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. - Flip
Carefully flip the sandwich and cook another 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts and the bread is crispy. - Serve
Remove from the pan, slice in half, and enjoy while hot.
