Coconut macaroon

A coconut macaroon is a sweet, chewy cookie made mainly from shredded coconut, egg whites, and sugar 🥥🍪 (not to be confused with French macarons).

Basic ingredients

How they’re usually made

  2. Scoop small mounds onto a baking sheet.
  3. Bake until lightly golden on the edges.
