Fudge

Fudge is a rich, creamy candy made from sugar, butter, and milk (or cream), cooked and beaten until smooth. It’s dense, sweet, and melts in your mouth.


🍫 Classic Chocolate Fudge (Stovetop)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup cocoa powder (or 1 cup chocolate chips)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat: Combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Boil: Bring to a boil and cook until it reaches 234–240°F (112–115°C) (soft-ball stage), stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat: Let cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla & beat: Stir until thick and creamy.
  5. Set: Pour into a lined 8×8-inch pan and cool completely before cutting.

⚡ 5-Minute Easy Fudge (No Thermometer)

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Microwave condensed milk and chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Pour into lined pan and refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm.
