🍎 Apple Cake (Simple & Moist)
Easy Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 2 apples (peeled, cored, diced)
- 1½ cups flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup oil or melted butter
- ¼ cup milk
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Steps
- Heat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Grease a cake pan.
- Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light.
- Add oil/butter, milk, and vanilla.
- Stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the apples.
- Pour into the pan and bake 35–45 minutes (toothpick comes out clean).
- Cool slightly, then serve.
Optional extras
- Sprinkle sugar + cinnamon on top before baking
- Add nuts or raisins
- Serve warm with yogurt, cream, or ice cream 🍦
