🍍 Pineapple Cream Dessert

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained (reserve a little juice)
  • 1 cup heavy cream or whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (or adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or biscuits (optional, for layering or topping)
  • Maraschino cherries or toasted coconut for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Whip the cream

  • In a bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.

2️⃣ Combine with pineapple

  • Fold in crushed pineapple, reserving a little juice if you want a softer consistency.

3️⃣ Assemble (optional layers)

  • In a serving dish, layer crushed graham crackers, pineapple cream mixture, and repeat.
  • Top with whipped cream, maraschino cherries, or toasted coconut if desired.

4️⃣ Chill

  • Refrigerate at least 2–3 hours before serving to let flavors meld and dessert firm up.
