🥞 Pancake!
Here’s a quick, easy pancake recipe you can make in about 15 minutes:
Simple Pancakes (1–2 people)
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp oil or melted butter
Steps
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, and oil/butter. Stir until just combined (a few lumps are okay).
- Heat a pan on medium and lightly grease it.
- Pour about ¼ cup batter per pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook 1–2 more minutes.
