Ingredients

  • ½ cup cocoa butter
  • ½ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • ⅓–½ cup powdered sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

  • Chopped nuts (almonds, peanuts)

Instructions

  1. Melt Cocoa Butter
    • Melt cocoa butter gently using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts.
  2. Mix Chocolate
    • Whisk in cocoa powder until smooth.
    • Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.
    • Stir until glossy and fully combined.
  3. Add Extras
    • Fold in any add-ins if using.
  4. Mold
    • Pour mixture into silicone molds or a parchment-lined dish.
    • Tap gently to remove air bubbles.
  5. Set
    • Refrigerate 30–45 minutes until firm.
  6. Enjoy
    • Remove from molds and enjoy your homemade chocolate bar!
