Cuppa Cuppa Cuppa Cake is a super simple old-fashioned dessert—named because it uses 1 cup of each main ingredient.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick (½ cup) butter
  • 1–2 cups fruit (usually canned peaches, apples, or berries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Put the butter in a baking dish and melt it in the oven.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter over the melted butter (don’t stir).
  5. Spoon fruit evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

Tips

  • Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream 🍨
  • Cinnamon is great with apples or peaches
  • If using canned fruit, lightly drain it
