Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In another bowl, combine sugar, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine Batter:
- Fold wet ingredients into dry until just combined.
- Gently fold in diced apples.
- Shape Fritters:

- Bake:
