Here’s a super quick 3-Minute Fudge recipe 🍫—creamy, chocolatey, and ready almost instantly:


Ingredients (makes ~20 small pieces)

  • 2 cups (340 g) chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • 1 (14 oz / 396 g) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: pinch of salt, chopped nuts, or sprinkles


Instructions

1. Melt chocolate

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth (about 1–2 minutes total).

2. Add flavor

  • Stir in vanilla extract and any optional ingredients like nuts or a pinch of salt.

3. Pour and set

  1. Pour mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan.
  2. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until firm.

4. Serve

  • Cut into squares and enjoy!

💡 Tips

  • Use good-quality chocolate for the richest flavor.
  • For a fun twist, add a swirl of peanut butter, caramel, or crushed cookies before setting.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
