🍞 2-Ingredient Bread

Ingredients (makes 1 small loaf or 8–10 rolls)

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or regular)

Optional: pinch of salt, herbs, or garlic powder for flavor


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Make Dough

  • In a bowl, mix flour and yogurt until a sticky dough forms.
  • Knead lightly for 1–2 minutes until smooth (don’t over-knead).

3️⃣ Shape & Bake

  • Shape into a loaf or roll the dough into individual buns.
  • Place in pan or on baking sheet.
  • Optional: brush tops with a little milk or butter for a golden crust.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes for rolls, 30–35 minutes for a loaf, until golden and firm.

4️⃣ Cool & Serve

  • Let cool 5–10 minutes before slicing.
